• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual product may vary slightly.
• We do not guarantee availability of any product at any time.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase subject to our acceptance.
• We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
• COD orders are subject to availability in your delivery area.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Free shipping applies to orders above ₹5,000. A shipping fee of ₹299 applies below this amount.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
• Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item was defective.

6. USER ACCOUNTS

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
