  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Log in to your account

Go to My Orders and find the order you want to return.

Click "Request Return"

Available on delivered orders within 7 days of delivery.

Select reason & submit

Choose the return reason and provide a brief description of the issue.

Wait for approval

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

Ship the item back

After approval, pack the item securely and ship to the address provided. For defective items, we arrange pickup.

Receive your refund

Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

REFUND METHODS

Online Payments (Razorpay)

Refunded to original payment source within 5–7 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) within 7–10 business days

Partial Refunds

If only part of the order is returned, a partial refund is processed accordingly

IMPORTANT

  • Shipping charges (₹299) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
